Soliant is currently seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a dedicated and supportive school district for the upcoming 2025-2026 academic year. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity that offers a chance to make a meaningful impact on students' lives by helping them succeed in their academic and functional goals.
Type: Full-Time (typically 37.5 hours/week)
Caseload: K-12 (specific caseload and sites will be discussed during the interview)
Start Date: August 2025
End Date: End of school year (with potential for renewal)
Location: On-site within the school district
Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs)
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other service providers
Document student progress and maintain appropriate records
Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
Masters degree in Occupational Therapy
Active OT license in the state of practice (or ability to obtain)
Previous school-based experience preferred but not required
Strong communication and organizational skills
