We are seeking a dynamic leader to spearhead our operations on the West Coastworking at the forefront of investment innovation and leveraging your robust network of family offices, high-net-worth individuals and other investors to drive company funding.

This high-impact role is uniquely suited for professionals with a distinguished track record in investment banking or asset managementparticularly those from world-class institutions such as Morgan Stanley, BlackRock, UBS Asset Management, Goldman Sachs, Credit Suisse, PwC, Deloitte, or similar firms. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, brings deep, trusted relationships with top-tier investors, and has a demonstrated history of leading successful fundraising initiatives for growth-focused ventures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Strategic Growth: Lead and execute high-impact fundraising and strategic initiatives that expand Private Office Ventures footprint both nationally and globally, working collaboratively with an elite international team of visionaries
  • Build A High Performance Team: Spearhead the recruitment and development of a world-class team in key cities, fostering a culture of innovation, excellence, and shared success
  • Cultivate Elite Networks: Forge and deepen trusted relationships with family offices, ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWIs), and leading institutional investors through authentic engagement and tailored advisory, unlocking unique investment opportunities
  • Enhance Global And Local deal flow: Identify, assess, and execute high-potential investment opportunities, leveraging your network to curate exceptional deal flow for the organization
  • Advance Relationship Management: Use emotional intelligence and strategic acumen to build long-term partnerships, ensuring value and satisfaction for highly discerning clients

Drive capital raising efforts for a broad portfolio of exclusive projects, including:

  • $14+ billion in deal flow across multiple sectors
  • Ultra-luxury real estate and rare collectibles
  • $12 billion sports and entertainment ventures
  • Hospitality, film, music, and entertainment projects
  • Manage complex, high-value transactions with the utmost professionalism, discretion, and governance
  • Represent the company at the highest levels, negotiating and fostering partnerships with global families and elite stakeholders
  • Develop and expand our presence in emerging luxury sectors, including the yacht and aviation markets

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 5 years of experience within investment banking, asset management, family office, or UHNW investor ecosystems
  • Extensive and active network among family offices, UHNWIs, and institutional investors
  • Proven track record managing high-value transactions in luxury markets such as collectibles, real estate, entertainment, and commodities
  • Deep understanding of ultra-luxury market dynamics and capital raising for exclusive international projects
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation skills, and cultural sensitivity
  • Ability to operate with strict confidentiality and discretion
  • Fluency in English is required
  • Comfortable with a work-life balance that allows engagement in other professional opportunities

Compensation

This role begins with a success fee-based compensation structure, rewarding performance and deal closings as fees a very lucrative.
