Now Hiring: Carpenter & Laborer – Louisville, KY $20-30

We’re seeking  skilled Carpenters and  dedicated Laborers to join our construction team in  Louisville, KY . Whether you're an experienced tradesperson or looking to grow your career in construction, we want to hear from you! 

Carpenter Responsibilities  

• Interpret blueprints and perform accurate layout work. 
• Form and place concrete footings, piers, walls, and columns. 
• Install slab-on-grade and elevated concrete decks. 
• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently. 
• Work independently or as part of a team to meet project deadlines. 

Laborer Responsibilities  

• Assist with site preparation and cleanup. 
• Load, unload, and transport construction materials. 
• Support skilled tradespeople with various tasks. 
• Operate basic tools and equipment. 
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment. 

Qualifications  

• Prior construction experience preferred (especially for Carpenter roles). 
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions. 
• Strong work ethic and reliability. 
• Willingness to learn and follow safety protocols. 
• Physical ability to lift, carry, and perform manual labor. 

Pay

• Concrete Laborer $20-23
• Concrete Carpenters $23-30
