Eldridge seeks a particular individual to fill this position. The skill set(s) we are looking for are those that pertain to Commercial Roofing Experience, organization, general construction and time management. This unique individual will be working directly with operations, service teams, roofing contractors and or customers.

Job Duties:

• Schedule referencing jobs

• Perform referencing Reminder calls

• Perform CSAT score calls

• Perform warranty filed notification calls

• Track reviews

• File warranties

• Answer incoming calls

• Prepare build card envelopes

• Address and send build cards

• Track inventory of applicable CJD marketing materials

• Ordering GAF referencing guides and Golden Pledge warranty flyers

• Prepare marketing folders

• Call referrals to confirm their address and thank them and to inform
  them their referral check will be issued and sent

• Assist upset customers

• On Call rotation when assigned
• Must have flexibility on hours, as there are weekly meetings.
