Internal Communications

  • Create communication programs that educate and engage employees around operational changes, strategic initiatives, and business priorities.
  • Develop high-impact content including newsletters, intranet content, executive presentations, email campaigns, and leadership talking points.
  • Collaborate with Change Management, HR, and cross-functional teams to enable alignment and provide consistent messaging across all channels.

External & Stakeholder Communications

  • Lead external communication strategies related to the supply chain, including press materials, stakeholder messaging, media relations, and digital narratives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key media and industry partners to elevate the organization’s supply chain reputation.
  • Manage crisis communication programs, contingency messaging, and issue response strategies when needed.

Content & Messaging

  • Produce high-quality executive voice content including speeches, blog posts, thought leadership perspectives, whitepapers, and industry commentary.
  • Ensure all messaging is consistent, clear, transparent, and aligned with organizational values and business objectives.

Leadership & Measurement

  • Lead and mentor a team of communication professionals, fostering a high-performance, collaborative environment.
  • Establish KPIs to measure communication effectiveness and provide reporting on impact and engagement.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in strategic corporate communications (experience in retail, supply chain, or transformation environments strongly preferred)

Demonstrated success leading executive and enterprise-level communication strategies

Exceptional writing, editing, and presentation development skills
