Document Control Specialist

A leading cosmetic manufacturer is hiring for a Document Control Specialist with basic data entry skills to work with a growing team! This role involves organizing and managing both digital and paper documents, such as batch records, raw material info, and quality reports. If you have interest in working within cosmetic manufacturing, previous laboratory experience or excel proficiency we encourage you to apply!

Pay: 55K

Schedule: M-F 1st Shift

Terms: Perm Hire with Benefits

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and track batch records, BOMs, and raw material test sheets
• Manage document routing, approvals, and archiving
• Create and release raw material tags, Certificates of Analysis and Fill/Assembly specs
• Coordinate document control with external vendors and internal teams
• Send samples for customer approval and handle quality-related shipments
• Ensure compliance with cGMP and internal quality standards

Qualifications:

• AS or BS in a scientific discipline preferred
• 02 years of experience in data entry or manufacturing
• Strong Microsoft Excel and data entry skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
