The company are seeking a Document Controller to join them on a permanent basis, and you will be responsible for managing and maintaining project documentation across the business and supporting the busy operations team on live contracts, maintaining compliance with company standards. These tasks will include: Site & Operational support, first point of contact for site teams to support any administrative, IT and communications requests New project start-up procedures, document control, electronic filing, hard information collation, SharePoint / EDMS control Coordination of project O&M manuals, log books, asset registers and accreditations etc. Support Health, Safety and Environmental document control Support ISO documentation, compliance and controls Supporting Contracts Team administrative functions Managing Supply Chain documentation and accreditations Coordination and management of project specific vetting and security screening Archiving of project documentation allowing for efficient future access. Managing client feedback process and procedure General administrative functions around a busy contract office. The successful candidate will be methodical, organised and be able to work effectively under pressure. Experience of Document Control is advantageous. Construction experience as an Administrator would be preferred.
