Drilling Foreman

We are seeking an experienced Drilling Foreman to join a commercial specialty foundation contractor. This role involves leading and managing drilling operations to ensure safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of drilling rigs, ensuring efficiency and safety.
• Lead and coordinate the activities of the drilling crew, consisting of 5-10 people.
• Effectively communicate with subcontractors, contractors, and clients on site.
• Scrutinize drilling parameters, monitor equipment, and manage the logistics of materials.

Work Environment:

Work is scheduled Monday to Friday, from 7 am to 5 pm. Projects are located around Virginia and North Carolina, with 50% of the work being local and 50% out of town. When working out of town, travel begins on Sunday and returns on Friday for the weekend.

This is a Permanent position based out of Sandston, Virginia.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $70720.00/yr. medical, dental, vision 401k company vehicle

This is a fully onsite position in Sandston,VA.
