Job Description
Global Hedge Fund is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the Managing Partners in the "C"suite.
Provide high-level administrative support to the Managing Partner, including calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting preparation
Manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion, ensuring privacy and security.
Prepare and review materials for meetings, presentations, and reports; take minutes when necessary Coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings, including investor call client presentations, and board meetings.
Handle expense reports, invoice processing, and other administrative tasks as needed.
Serve as a liaison between the Managing Partner and other internal stakeholders, clients, and business partners.
Assist in managing personal and professional tasks for the Managing Partner, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
Support the firm’s leadership team with ad-hoc administrative tasks, projects, and special initiatives.
Proactively identify opportunities to improve office efficiency and implement solutions.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times, especially in high-pressure situations.
Requirements / Qualifications:
Candidates must have experience in global financial services
BA DEGREE is required
2-5 years of experience of administrative support role if financial services
Exceptional attention to detail with strong follow-through
Clear, respectful communicator with a mature and professional demeanor
Proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented with a flexible, positive approach to all tasks
Tech-savvy, highly organized, and comfortable implementing efficiencies
Flexible schedule with availability for occasional after-hours or weekend support
Discrete, trustworthy, and highly confidential
Background check and verifiable references required
Salary $125-150 plus Bonus pays 100% of Benefits Opportunity Growth
Hybrid role Tuesday,Wednesday and Thursday in office and remote Friday and Monday remote
