Essential Duties and Responsibilities To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements for this position include: Monitor and maintain pipeline pressures within design criteria and monitor gas quality at various points. Work closely with the gas control departments within ETC to execute scheduled gas changes. Serve as the first contact in emergency response situations, including notifying emergency services and ETC management. Coordinate with pipeline operations and plant teams to maximize throughput, especially during outages. Assist field personnel with troubleshooting communications, SCADA, control valves, and related equipment. Complete daily throughput reports. Update and maintain emergency notification and call-out lists. Evaluate operational problems and recommend solutions. Travel and overtime may be required. Demonstrate strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills. Required Education High school diploma or GED. Software Knowledge Proficiency with personal computer applications such as Microsoft Excel, Word, Project, and specialized programs related to flow, pressure simulation, and control equipment. Job Characteristics and Requirements This is a (12-hour) shift position requiring night, weekend, and holiday work. Experience Requirements Experience levels vary by job level: Level C: 0-2 years in midstream operations or equivalent. Level B: 2-4 years in midstream operations or equivalent. Level A: 4+ years in midstream operations or equivalent. Working Conditions The environment involves: Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. Sitting for over 10 hours/day. Standing for over 2 hours/day.
