This involves developing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and resource plans. You will be responsible for coordinating the activities of subcontractors, suppliers, and other project team members to ensure that the project progresses smoothly.

Quality control and assurance: Ensuring that construction projects are completed to the highest standards of quality is another crucial accountability. You will be responsible for monitoring and inspecting the work to identify any defects or deviations from specifications. Implementing a comprehensive quality control plan, conducting regular inspections, and addressing any issues promptly are essential to deliver a high-quality finished product.
