Location: On-site Independence, OH
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Salary: $65,000 - $70,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities (Logistics Manager):

  • Serve as the main point of contact for customer logistics inquiries, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication
  • Oversee all transportation and warehouse operations—including carriers, routing, and documentation—to optimize cost, accuracy, and service
  • Monitor key performance metrics, generate regular performance reports, and lead root-cause analysis for continuous improvement

Qualifications (Logistics Manager):

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, finance, or business-related field
  • 3+ years of progressive experience in logistics
  • Knowledge of warehouse processes a plus
