Job Title: Managing Editor (Part-Time)

Pay: $23–$26/hour (commensurate with experience)
Work Schedule: Approximately 25–30 hours per week | Flexible hours within standard business hours (7:00 AM–6:00 PM EST). Weekly call required on Tuesdays at 7:00 AM.
Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).
Additional Details: This is a remote opportunity; occasional optional onsite meetings may be available. Overtime is not anticipated.

Job Description:We are seeking a Part-Time Managing Editor to support the operations of one of our client’s scientific journals. This role is ideal for a publishing professional experienced in managing the peer review and production process for scientific or medical content. The Managing Editor will oversee manuscript workflows, ensure deadlines are met, and maintain smooth coordination among authors, reviewers, and editorial staff.
