As a Motion Designer at Bio-Rad, your day will be a balance of hands-on design and animation work and strategic collaboration. You'll start by reviewing creative briefs and aligning with team members on upcoming projects. Mid-morning might involve concepting, designing and animating compelling 2D and 3D motion graphics that bring breakthrough science to life. You'll spend part of your afternoon refining your animation, collaborating with 3D Artists and Editors, ensuring brand consistency, and providing feedback to creative partners. The day could end with a stakeholder presentation or brainstorming session to refine messaging and visual storytelling for an upcoming product launch or campaign.

Compensation: The estimated base salary range for this position is $105,900 to $129,400 at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors. This position is eligible for a variable annual bonus, which is dependent upon achievement of your individual objectives and Company performance.
