This role also serves as a strategic talent pipeline opportunity. It allows Self Regional to assess high-potential candidates for future full-time roles while offering real-world experience that promotes our reputation as a learning health system. Interns will be exposed to Lean methodologies, cross-functional collaboration, and executive-level project visibility—preparing them to step into operational roles within the health system or beyond.
