About the job Oncologist/Hematologist


Providence Medical Group in association with Santa Rosa Memorial and Petaluma Valley Hospital is seeking an Oncologist/Hematologist to join their team in Petaluma, California. This role involves providing oncology care, including infusions, in a small clinic setting that includes a radiation oncologist and radiation treatment. The team values a professionally interactive environment and is part of the close-knit community of Sonoma County. The Value of Working with Us

• Full time position
• Monday through Friday (4.5-day work week)
• Mix of outpatient and inpatient. Inpatient responsibilities include rounding with occasional consultation; majority is outpatient
• Competitive compensation with a 2-year salary guarantee, comprehensive benefits package and 5 weeks per year of time away from practice for vacation/holiday/CME time

• Compensation is between $477,125 and $523,125 per year

The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, a CME allowance and other benefits offered by the medical group. Please note that this salary range is provided in accordance with State law and is subject to variation due to the factors noted above.
