Role Overview

Were seeking an exceptional Care Coordinator with a polished, professional presence and a vibrant energy that inspires confidence in our clients. As the face of our practice, youll manage leads, facilitate consultations, and drive sales in our concierge VIP environment, ensuring every interaction reflects the unparalleled quality of Dr. Alsubaies cosmetic work. This role requires in-person presence during Dr. Alsubaies clinic days to provide hands-on support, with the flexibility to work from home on non-clinic days.

Key Responsibilities

• Qualify and nurture leads through the sales pipeline with warmth and professionalism.
• Coordinate and conduct consultations, delivering a seamless, high-touch VIP experience.
• Execute sales strategies by showcasing the transformative value of our services.
• Build authentic, lasting relationships with clients through empathetic and engaging communication.
• Maintain accurate records and collaborate with the team to optimize practice operations.
• Represent Aeterna Aesthetic Plastic Surgerys brand with enthusiasm, poise, and a dynamic presence.

Qualifications and Skills

• Professional demeanor and vibrant energy that align with our upscale, concierge environment.
• Outstanding communication skills, with a proven ability to connect, engage, and inspire trust in clients.
• Mastery of sales techniques, including closing deals and promoting services in a client-focused setting.
• Genuine passion for Aeterna Aesthetic Plastic Surgery and Dr. Alsubaies commitment to exceptional aesthetic outcomes.
• Experience in healthcare, aesthetics, or luxury customer service (plastic surgery or medspa experience a plus).
• Strong organizational skills, with proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-end practice while maintaining discretion and a positive attitude.
• Availability for in-person work during Dr. Alsubaies clinic days, with flexibility to work remotely on non-clinic days.
