Job Description

Join a fast-paced pediatric urgent care team as a Patient Services Representative , where you'll be the welcoming face for patients and families. This role is key to ensuring smooth front-desk operations, from registration and insurance verification to administrative support for clinical staff.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet and assist patients with professionalism and empathy
• Handle full-cycle registration and insurance verification
• Manage billing inquiries and collect co-pays
• Support clinical staff with clerical tasks and EMR documentation
• Travel locally to nearby hospital sites as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• 6+ months of customer service experience (healthcare preferred)
• Strong multitasking and communication skills
• Familiarity with EMRs, insurance processes, and medical terminology
• High school diploma or GED required
• Flexibility to work weekends and shifts between 9:30 AM–8:00 PM
