Job Title: QA Documentation Specialist I

Location: Vacaville, CA (Remote)

Pay Rate: $20-26/hr. on W2

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 1st Shift (8 AM – 5 PM), Remote

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Quality Systems Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will support the Quality System Management process through document control and PQS integration while ensuring full compliance with cGMP and global quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Support implementation, execution, and maintenance of PQS integration and Quality Documents in Veeva .
• Collaborate with the Quality Document Control team to complete workflows, gate documents, and coordinate change-control elements to ensure minimal disruption to operations.
• Manage Quality Documents by:
• Initiating and managing documents in Veeva Quality Docs
• Formatting and editing controlled documents
• Tracking and logging requests for source documents
• Ensure all activities comply with cGMP and global requirements.
• Maintain a high level of inspection readiness at all times.

Key Requirements

• 1–3 years of Quality experience within the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry (supplier quality experience preferred).
• Strong collaboration skills within cross-functional teams.
• Remote role supporting the Vacaville site .
• Preferred experience with:
• Veeva Quality Document Management System
• Microsoft Teams
• Technical writing
