Job Description
Job Summary:
Responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining various roofing systems on residential and commercial buildings.
Key Responsibilities:
Install/repair shingles, metal, and flat roofs (TPO, EPDM).
Remove old materials and prep surfaces.
Seal and waterproof roofs.
Follow all safety guidelines.
Maintain tools and communicate job updates.
Qualifications:
1–3 years of roofing experience.
Able to work at heights and in all weather.
Basic knowledge of roofing tools and materials.
A driver’s license is preferred.
Working Conditions:
Outdoor work, lifting up to 75 lbs.
Full-time with possible overtime.
