In this role, you'll be the first point of contact with homeowners, introducing them to the value we offer—high-quality roofing replacements often covered by their insurance. What You’ll Do: Go door-to-door in target neighborhoods you choose to canvass Educate homeowners about insurance-funded roofing options Build rapport, answer basic questions, and schedule appointments for our sales team Represent Probuilt Hawaii with aloha, integrity, and professionalism Work independently to contribute to overall team momentum and sales volume What We’re Looking For: Outgoing and friendly personality Good-natured, with strong people skills Persuasive communicator who’s socially oriented and confident Quick on your feet and handles rejection with ease Optimistic attitude and a sense of urgency to meet goals Works well under pressure and thrives in fast-paced environments Resourceful and venturesome—not afraid to put yourself out there What’s Available to You: Performance-based commissions with no cap on earnings Access to optional leads and resources to support your success Full control over your schedule, territory, and outreach approach Opportunities to grow your income and responsibilities based on your results Incentives, team challenges, and networking opportunities available to participating contractors Requirements: Must be comfortable walking neighborhoods and knocking doors Must be self-motivated, and reliable Driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred High school diploma or equivalent preferred This role is perfect for someone who’s hungry, humble, and ready to grow.
