Hiring: Medical Science Liaison (MSL) Rare Disease East Regions

A growing biopharma organization in the rare pediatrics/neurology disease space is seeking an experienced Medical Science Liaison to support scientific engagement, insight gathering, and clinical initiatives across key therapeutic areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with HCPs and centers of excellence
• Communicate fair-balanced scientific and medical information
• Present clinical data and respond to unsolicited inquiries
• Support clinical trials, Phase IV activities, and site engagement
• Attend conferences and gather insights
• Educate internal teams on disease state and competitive landscape
• Document all field activities in CRM

Requirements

• Advanced degree (MD, PharmD, PhD, NP, RN)
• 5+ years MSL experience, including experience in smaller/lean biotech environments
• Strong background in genetics, pediatrics, neurology, or rare disease
• Ability to articulate complex science clearly
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
