Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Shipping Logistics Specialist to manage both domestic and international wheel shipments.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in shipping processes, inventory systems, and warehouse organization, as well as a proactive mindset to handle the fast-paced nature of our industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate domestic and international shipping of finished wheels to customers and distributors
Prepare and review shipping documentation including Commercial Invoices, packing lists, customs paperwork, Shippers Letters of Instruction and USMCAs
Liaise with carriers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to schedule pickups & deliveries to ensure timely delivery
Track shipments and proactively resolve delays or issues
Assist with warehouse & inventory management when needed
Other responsibilities as required of the position
Qualifications:
1+ year of experience in shipping logistics is required with an emphasis on international
Knowledge of domestic & international shipping practices & documentation required
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented attitude
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate in a physically active warehouse environment
