Our team is bringing together leaders to the market place to help drive OneOncology's mission and vision.

Why join us? This is an exciting time to join OneOncology. Our values-driven culture reflects our startup enthusiasm supported by industry leaders in oncology, technology, and finance. We are looking for talented and highly-motivated individuals who demonstrate a natural desire to improve and build new processes that support the meaningful work of community oncologists and the patients they serve.

Job Description:

While the individual will work primarily within the Strategic Finance team, the role will interface directly with a diverse array of functions including FP&A/accounting, business development, and operations. OneOncology is growing rapidly and adding multiple new practices each year. The Strategic Finance team is at the center of realizing our growth expectations.

  • Contribute frequently to the preparation of materials for presentation to our Executive Investment Committee
  • Build and maintain financial models to support transaction deliverables, financial plans, and strategies
  • Use the dashboards, metrics, and data infrastructure built by the OO Analytics team to understand how similar projects and initiatives perform across the entirety of the OneOncology network to leverage as comparable benchmarks
  • Develop detailed understanding of practice operations and economics, as well as the OneOncology model, to evaluate merits and risks of projects
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or master's degree
  • Ideal candidate will have at least 1-3 years of work experience
  • o Transaction advisory, consulting, corporate M&A/finance, or investment banking experience strongly preferred
  • o Healthcare services related experience strongly preferred, but not required
  • Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
  • Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
