DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen in Ann Arbor, MI is actively seeking a full-time, highly experienced Tile Setter to join our team and lead the way on residential remodeling projects. This Tile Setter position offers a competitive hourly wage. We also provide paid vacation and holidays for all full-time employees, a tool allowance, cell phone stipend, and a work truck for our tile setters. QUALIFICATIONS • High school diploma or equivalent • 7+ years of experience in residential tile setting, with a strong focus on advanced techniques and specialized installations • Proven expertise in handling large-format tiles, intricate patterns, and high-end materials • Physical ability to perform the required functions of the job, including lifting up to 80 lbs. • Ability to work independently and lead a team when needed
