Job Description & Requirements Shift goal is 3p-11:30p, Mon-Fri.
Can be flexible to start 2:30-4p.
Once decided, the hours would remain consistent.
Must be NAACLS and ASCP certified.
Shift goal is 3p-11:30p, Mon-Fri. \nCan be flexible to start 2:30-4p. \nOnce decided, the hours would remain consistent. \nMust be NAACLS and ASCP certified. \n\nThe Pathologists’ Assistant (PA), under the clinical supervision of the pathologists and management of the Anatomic Pathology Manager and Laboratory Director, examines, describes, and dissects all gross surgical specimens and appropriate triages tissue for special studies. \nCoordinates all Quality Assurance & Control activities in the department, prepares statistical reports, and maintains logs, forms, and procedure manuals.
