Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm

What's a typical day as a Virtual Administrative Assistant? You'll be:

• Managing client review workflows from start to completion using detailed templates, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Updating and organizing client data within systems such as WealthBox CRM, Box, Asset Map, and more.
• Linking, verifying, and syncing data between financial systems to maintain accuracy at both the client and household levels.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have proven experience in administrative support, client service, or data management roles, preferably in the financial industry.
• Possess excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow multi-step workflows with consistency.
• Are proficient with cloud-based tools such as Box, CRM systems (e.g., WealthBox, Salesforce), and Excel/Google Sheets.
