Position: HVAC Install Manager Location: Tigard, OR 97224
Shift: Monday - Friday, 6:45 pm - 5:00 p.m. / with overtime as needed to meet business needs.
Compensation: $75,000 - $100,000 annually + quarterly bonuses

HVAC Install Manager Position Summary:
The HVAC Installation Manager will be responsible for supervising both residential and commercial HVAC installations. Your role will involve managing and leading the installation department, ensuring that all installations are carried out to high standards of quality and safety. You will also be responsible for coordinating with other departments and stakeholders to ensure that installations are completed on time and within budget. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing and implementing processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the installation department.
HVAC Install Manager Position Responsibilities:
Assign installation crews and schedule installation jobs
Maintain the job schedule board
Oversee the ordering/purchasing of HVAC equipment and materials as needed
Handle the inventory stocking program
Manage, support coach, and motivate the installation team
When necessary, discipline and terminate installers who do not meet expectations
Responsible for hiring, development, monitoring, and evaluation of the installation team
