Recruiter (Contract to Hire)

HirePlace is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter to join our team on a contract-to-hire basis. In this high-volume role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting top-tier sales and marketing professionals across the United States. This position is ideal for a highly motivated recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at building strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full cycle recruiting for sales and marketing positions, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
• Utilize various recruitment platforms, social media, and networking events to source and attract top talent.
• Conduct pre-screening interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and coordinate interview processes.
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience by providing timely communication and support.
• Track and report recruiting metrics to optimize hiring strategies.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in high-volume recruiting, preferably in sales or marketing roles.
• Strong understanding of talent acquisition best practices and sourcing strategies.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of employment laws and hiring compliance.
